I have wonderful service tonight while shopping at Dillards, bought things for my wife and everyone was very helpful, including the gift wrapping department. Everyone went out of their way to help.

Where do I begin? We arrived 30 minutes prior to store close on Saturday the 27th of May, to buy some women's sleepwear. Usually an easy 5 minute process turned into a 2 hour ordeal! The lady at the counter didn't greet us, nor acknowledge us during our shopping effort. Checkout turned into an event. She ran my Dillard's card four times to no avail, because the zip code wouldn't match. Offered no help in determining the proper info. Then made me call the number on the card. They hung up on me, because I recently moved and the info was not correct. The lady at the counter told us that she is closing her register, and offered no help. We left the store without buying a thing, because we were treated so poorly. I had to call their so called customer service once again, and they finally updated the address, which I could not do on their "bedrock" website myself. I have a major credit line with this store that will no longer be used. I am in fact opening a HUGE account with their direct competitor now. Enjoy your stores "going out of business" sale in the near future!

Dolly, in the purse and jewelry area is the nicest and most knowledgeable employee I have ever dealt with at Dillards! I was looking for purses today and the other lady in purses seemed to bothered to help.

Dillards always have great deals. I got these at 65% off. Guess and Gianni Bini what a steal.

Great store but the Sales were not the same one as in the other Dillard's in Florida.
