Beware with the Louis Vuitton bags they're not new, purchased one and no one told me they were defective since it's final sale i'm stuck with a rusted and cracked bag and I only saved $25 from new original LV store purchase, thought I'd save the trip. I made a mistake so you don't make it, after everyones cut you end up paying more on an old bag... go to the LV store and buy a new one, they will back up your purchase not like this place.

If I could give negative stars i really would. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service. Customer representative AMARIS was the worst rudest, standoff, and racist person I have ever had to deal in a transaction. My mother and I are waiting at the cashier area for the shoe department because we are done looking and would like to pay. She comes up to us and instead of greeting us for assistance she instead asks WHAT DO YOU WANT! Honestly what kind of service is that and we kindly said we would like to pay as she rudely takes our shoes rolling her eyes. This was the most unpleasant transaction I have ever had while her body language and remarks were not welcomed. I hate giving bad reviews but people need to know what kind of service they are providing to paying customers.

Got fitted for a new bra; Lisa measured mr and was very professional. She brought me several bras to try until I found the perfect one, giving me helpful tips for what the correct fit was.

We had to search for help sizing a shirt. Although she needed to find a measuring tape, she was nice. The best help and attention was from Miss Jaime in Men's Shoes. She ead attentive and brought different shoes and sizes and helped match a belt! I would search for her next time I shop at Dillard's.

we went to buy a jacket they said it was reduce to 47 from 115 and when we went to pay they change it to 115 they called the mgr Felipe and in a very rude way he stated it was 115 like it or not. so we left. I came back 20 minutes later and went to a diffrent register and the the cashier called Felipe and as a joke he said can i have the price for the jacket on the maniquen, like it was a joke to them, not knowing i was the person thay were talkkng about. I dont think We will be going there any more. They are not very profesional and made us feel like they laugh at us.
