While I typically shop in stores down the hill (major malls n the Los Angeles area), I am always comforted by the fact that a Macy's is also up here in the AV. A great source for that last minute item that  might need. Although the fact that it is a smaller Macy's, it appears that they do not stock as many items as an L A Macy's would. Shoes appears to be an issue, for example,  I could walk to the shoe department and ask an associate to bring me out any men's size 13 shoe (not sneakers, but casual/dress shoes)... and I mean ANY size 13 men's shoe...  The last time I asked, I first got the slight head tilt, the sympathetic smile, followed by the head shake saying "no, sorry"... (to be more specific, just checked online ("Pick up in store") right now and while they do have 12 items in mens' shoes, size 13... They are 11 pairs of sneakers + 1 pair of sandal/thongs...).
Size 13 is not that rare, is it? Is it???

I was there so seek out plane, gold heels for a wedding to match my dress and they did not have a selection at all. They had gold heels with a lot of diamonds but I was looking for plane, gold heels. The prices are too expensive too. They whole mall is expensive actually. Anyway,  I found really nice heels at Dillards. They have at least 4 different styles of plane, gold heels. That was nice.

It has low prices  like 7$ even more it depends I spent a lot a time because there is so many things that people will like ❤

VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH MACYS AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS DECLINED TO USE MY ACCOUNT AND WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH DETAILS OR INFO ABOUT WHY MY ACCOUNT IS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY JUST TURNED ME OVER BY SAYING NO WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU. I ASSURE YOU I WILL NO LONGER HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH MACYS. THEY MADE ME FEEL EMBARASED BY NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS I WANTED AFTER BEING AN EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT OF THEIRS. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING BUSINESS TO MACYS BY USING MY ACCOUNT AND FOR THEM NOT  SOLVING THIS MATTER FOR ME IS VERY DISSAPPOINTED. THE WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD SO FAR OF ALL RETAIL DEPARTMENT STORES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE TO SHOP HERE AND THEY DISCRIMINATE  YOU AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I love shopping at Macy's especially in the perfume and cologne Department. Such great selections and the staff is great! Would have given a 5 but couldn't find certain sizes in the women's department.
