What can I say..I love Dillards!! The associates really know their departments. They are so happy to help you. They really want you to enjoy your visit...and they really want to help you find what you will enjoy.. My visit was really better than I could have hoped for! We drove 1 1/2 hours to shop there..but we'll worth it!! I found 3 pairs of jeans, and they fit in length..finally! And were on Sale!!And a few other items! While I was in trying things on..The associate in womens was out finding things for me..she really found some great outfits. So after driving to Ricmond...I saved more than, way more than I paid for everything..and I walked a away with 3 HUGE BAGS!! My trip to Dillards was GREAT!! And they call me about deals, special sales, and just to say hi!.. So I just want to say Hi to my gals at the Richmond, Indiana store It doesn't get any better than that!! Check out the store..Well worth the trip!!

My first and only time (so far) here was spent dealing with Emma. Not only was she as kind as they come but she measured me free of charge. That kind of quick, easy, and efficient customer service is exactly what brings people back to your store. Thanks again Emma.

Today was as disappointing as was Thurs or Friday of last week ,came in at around 6:30 pm on thurs.tryed to purchase two hurricane lanterns ,I wrote a check ,the salesperson was in such a hurry she apparently put in wrong numbers The check was refused ,even though I had written one a week or so prior!Wrote one today had no issues.Also it maybe policy for returns to receive gift card but when I paid with part cash I should have received cash in return.
