They had exactly what I wanted at a lesser more reasonable price than other stores or on line. I had researched for 2 weeks. But it was worth going into the store. They said their goal is to undercut everyone. I'm grateful.

I choose to shop at this location for pellet stove pellets due to convince of location from work on my way home. Didn't realize that while I was at the register paying for the items that I was purchasing, I was also getting   ready be checked by Rural King in house loss prevention in order to make sure that I wasn't trying to steal/sneak something between the 4 bags of pellets, while searching they preceded on ripping open a bag and slapping a piece of scotch tape over the hole and throwing the ripped bag back into the cart. 
                     ( Pathetic )
- Need to brush up on customer relations.                - 1st and last time that I'll shop here. 

As much that I have purchased at other Rural Kings ( Columbus & Greenwood ) it amazes me that the quality of customer relations can have such a fluctuation from store to store.

Returned an unopened bag of dog food. My big Zoey passed away. No problems and did some shopping while I was there. I love going to Rural King and always find something I will need. Jim Becker

I was very disappointed in our store today . It was very disorganized,  dirty.  n one of the live chickens was very sick it was chilling n could hardly raise its head. Bunny rabbits were cold 2 they were huddled together in a corner.
