Went to find coats today for my four children and I parked on the Macy's entrance side well unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for so I went to the food court to feed the kids came back as the lady was locking the doors. Apparently they close a hour before the entire mall and I was not aware if it. It was 8:04 and the lady was letting people out and I asked if she could let us walk through to get to the door I was literally parked in front of and she said no. Shut the door and started laughing. I was pissed. I said really with four children we have to walk around the entire building to get to our car BC of 4 minutes?? Like seriously and then laugh about it. That's the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. Mind you its cold outside and dark at this point. Apparently safety was not an issue to this lady that laughed at me and my children. Will never step foot in this store again for the rest of my life.

What happened to Customer service? This store is clean, well merchandised and well stocked, yet I rarely get a "Hello, thank you, or good bye." or even eye contact. Perhaps self checkouts are on order.

What a refreshing experience. Sales associate helped me way above and beyond what one might expect! This lady really was awesome! Macy' in Greenwood, women's departure.

I visited Macy's to be fitted for a bra for the first time. I did not have grand expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised at the patient and attentive service I received. The lady in the intimates section carefully measured me and looked through the dizzying varieties of bras to find exactly what I wanted in two sizes that she thought were closest to my perfect size. She was spot on, and I managed to find a bra that I liked and that fit better than any ever have before, all in two hours! An amazing feat, as any woman above an A Cup will tell you!
