The Dillards is over all a nice place even tho they could be staff a tad bit better, but the MAC on the other hand is god awful . The employees were so rude and seemed like they were to good to help. They greeted me when I walked in to the MAC corner, but when i actually need help with a lip liner and lip stick and wanted to test it....it took maybe 10 minutes for me to get the attention of a young lady to help me and when I did get her attention she was in a rush and rudely said is that all you need and walked away. I love the product but the service is the worst. Also is it me or does it seems like all of their make up is on EXTRA thick like its caked on, which is not really a selling point for me.

The store Clerks were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. The store was and the decor was so inviting. My visit was very refreshing.

Today I had the most awful experience with Dillard's! The people at the MAC counters are rude ass hell and are quick to say, "well we are not apart of Dillard's we just rent the space!" however they couldn't properly help me the had to go get help from "Dillard's employees." and still did not say anything about them being in the wrong or even offering an apology. That gay guy with the blonde hair wasn't even the artist helping me but he was the one to jump in our conversation offering all the wrong information. Even after the issue was resolved he still had some things to say under his breath. Needless to say they both ended up pissed because they were wrong and since they tried to talk to me crazy I'm escalating the issue. This is not cool. I will definitely share my experience on every social media platform available and to anyone who will listen. Dillard's/MAC who ever it maybe the customer service stinks! Poor poor customer service

My husband and I didn't plan on buying cologne on our visit yesterday however we were approached by Sue and Hilga. They were the two nicest employees and we ended up purchasing cologne for my husband. They provide great customer service way to go ladies

You can literally buy all your clothing there. Shoes, hangbags, jewellery and even kids clothes. Their quality is on higher end.
