I am a retail manager and I regularly recruit here because I do get good customer service at this location. Yes, it is sometimes hard to find someone to help you, but customers should realize that in this economy payroll hours are very scarce. There are MANY tasks that must be done just to keep the store stocked and to clean up after customers. I have found that if you are understanding, friendly and patient with them, they are so grateful and really want to help you have a good experience. As I read some of the former reviews I can see EXACTLY why the staff here might want to hide from those kind of customers. The kind that want to share the misery that is their own life and try to make life difficult for anyone who doesn't cater to their every whim while simultaneously cleaning up after their mess and kissing their ass.

Christina.F has great customer service. She spent a lot of time with us showing us all the different appliances. And explained everything about them and the warranty that comes with them. She needs a promotion and a raise. The best customer service I have experienced at that store in some time. If you ever need appliances. She's the go to for that.

I was looking at men's watches and asked an employee if I can look at one I was interested in.  She was behind a  separate section of the jewelry department and seemed annoyed I asked for help.

When she asked me which watch it wanted to see, I pointed to a Seiko.  She then asked me if I can afford it.  I felt so insulted and just walked away.

I'm a 47 year old man with a professional career.  Who the heck questions a potential sale?  She is an older lady, that needs better people skills. Insulting customers will not increase your business.
