I didn't get her name, but the lady who assisted me in shoes was helpful and attentive. My only criticism is that it was obvious a big inventory was taking place, and some customers were frustrated when employees would not assist them.

First, I don't enjoy shopping. It stresses me out to take clothes to the dressing room and try on. I arrived in the formal dress department and was instantly greeted by Heather. She asked me what she could help me find. I said "I need a personal shopper, my BFF is not with me". She told me she could help. I was searching for a MOB dress and I told her what color I was looking for and size. She instantly started pulling dresses and sent me to the dreaded dressing room. She checked on me for sizes and more. I found THE perfect dress in less than 20 minutes! She saved this "non-shopper" so much stress!!! I also went to jewelry and was greeted, right away. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but I showed her the dress and she matched earrings, perfectly. I have to say this was THE BEST shopping experience I've ever had! Thank you Heather and the nice lady in jewelry! I will be back!

purchased clothing for work at Dillards this week. staff was competent, but not effusive on the most recent visit. However, any given visit can result in a different experience, from a three star to a five star experience
