I have never returned anything to dillard’s- now i know why!This store wouldn’t return Pants with proof of purchase label on them, saying it’s not coming up in their system and there’s no way they can even scan the dillard’s price label! I explained that we didn’t buy the pants in this store- so if you buy something from dillard’s you can’t return it in a different state????? I’ve worked in retail over 15 yrs and never heard someone tell me they can’t scan their own price label. You just lost a faithful customer!

Tried to take my ugg shoes back as a state under their on the receipt with in the time window allowed and they refused to return it and exchange it or even talk about it when I spoke with manager Steve he was the worst of the whole bunch it was a horrible experience I will never shop Dillards ever again by the way the shoes where flat and very uncomfortable

Granddaughter found a very pretty formal to accompany a friend to an upcoming Air Force ROTC ball. We appreciate the help and encouragement from Lou in the evening gown department.
