I ordered shoes online but received the wrong size from what I had ordered so I went to this location to do an even exchange. The sales associate took the shoes I had purchased online and put them behind the register. They didn't have the same shoe but I did end up finding another one I had liked. When it was time to do the even exchanges the associate lost my shoes, let's just say I couldn't do my exchange and had to wait a whole hour until they found my shoes, I was in a hurry but management didn't care and wasn't even apologetic about the situation, I simply was told by management "what do you want me to do about it their missing"....... it was an associate who lost my shoes and that's all management can say to me and have me wait a little over an hour? No type of compensation, no apologies, I mean no one even looked concerned that my shoes were lost incredible and lack of customer service. I will never shop at Dillard's again because of the terrible experience I had in this particular store. Also I bought 2 Godaiva chocolate bars and they were disgusting, they tasted like expired stinky garbage when I took a bite. This store is a mess indeed don't shop here!

DO NOT WORK HERE! I would like to write this review to warn anyone who would be interested in employment at this place (especially if your a minority's as they only favor white people or anyone who looks white) Just don't it's not worth it. To start off it's a really slow place, they would have more associates then actual customers and there is no loyalty they are constantly firing people left and right. I understand if you don't make your numbers most retailers would let you go but if you see as a store manager that your store is not producing traffic and everyone is not making their numbers then there's a problem with the store and Shannon as the big boss really needs to find a way to produce that foot traffic for her sales team. Also Shannon is a racist who only hires minorities for legal reason but she has mentioned when she thought no one was listening how she would like to have this store full of only white associates if she can, I have felt discriminated by her because of my race but sadly I can't prove her racist actions towards me. Also this store is doing so bad that Shannon and Carlee (cosmetics manager) have clientele that they know use fraudulent credit cards and instead of reporting it they accept the fraudulent cards just to make their sales. I left a job to start working here and it really was the worst retail experience of my life. Please please please I understand times may be rough but working for Dillardsis really not worth it the staff, management, are just evil people who really don't care about their associates and the people that do work their are always afraid of loosing their job.

I had an issue with a product and management just treated me rudly and made me feel like a criminal. The issue got so serious that the store manager Shannon got involved and wow I never met such a rude and evil person in my life. She yelled at me, a store manager yelling at a customer all cause the product they sold me was damaged. I bought a Polaroid camera from there 2 weeks ago and it just wasn't working. I wanted to return it but I don't even know what was wrong and why I couldn't do this transaction I had my recite. I ended up leaving without doing my return since this whole ordeal was just overwhelming for me. I will never shop at Dillard's again. And as a store manager Shannon should be fired she does not carry herself in a professional manner and treats customer really nasty.

Next time when you offer an interview to someone, let them know what is appropriate attire for the job or at least for an interview. Wade specifically was a complete and utter pos. Making sure to not purchase anything from here again, which is a shame because I used to love Dillards. 😘 xoxo

Dillard's is a good store. I like browsing here, they have decent sales and the merchandise is well displayed.
