Bought my wife a pair of Christian Louboutin's for our one year anniversary. The sales rep was really nice, gift wrapped my purchase at no extra charge, gave a me a bottle of water, nice, right?? No! The next morning my wife almost wept when she saw her gift. A pair of $1,100 shoes, she was delighted, and when she unwrapped them, the shoes had obviously been worn before :( how embarrassed I was. There was a foot smudge that appeared to be a muddy in one shoe, and beady linen balls in the fabric of the heel part of the other. And to make matters worse, the sales rep told me these shoes had just been released 3 weeks ago. So someone with a dirty foot either tried on or returned these red bottoms and my sales rep,( I chose to withhold his name) obviously more concerned about commission did not have the experience or training to inspect a high end item of this amount. The manager called me, not to apologize, but to give me a tracking number for the replacement pair. No sincere apology from the sales rep either. Poor, poor customer service. A million smiles from him could not replace the disappointment and disgust on my wife's face when she realized the shoes had been worn. I'd expect way more from Neiman Marcus. Far different experience at Nordstroms.

I went there last Friday, July 21st 2017 and the lady working at the Chanel counter, Nancy, was the BEST. She is a sweetheart, a lovely person and I left the store with a sample of the foundation and really happy with her kindness. I loved the foundation and went to the store the following Sunday to purchase it. Nancy forgot to write down the number for me and I had forgotten, so I went there and a blonde-straight-hair older lady, full of bracelets and accessories, treated me like TRASH. I explained to her the situation, that I didn't know the color but wanted to purchase the foundation and she barely talked to me, she was rude and I left there so frustrated. She was the rudest person I've ever seen in a luxurious store like that. I am so disappointed. You should give Nancy a raise, she was a sweetheart. And you should talk to this older blonde lady, she was the worst. EDIT: forgot to mention that this older lady told me " you should go to Dillard's instead"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO RUDE!

Poor Customer service I walk through the entire store and not one employee tried to assist me store seems to be a high-profile racist staff
