Worst return policy by far. It's disgusting. I bought some bras and after wearing them for just a bit I realized how terribly itching and annoying they were. Obviously terrible material, design, quality, etc... I looked at the receipt and turns out the items had a 3 day return policy.... three days... it's ridiculous. I took them back and asked for a refund and was only allowed a stupid gift card to the same store with the terrible return policy. Its theft by dillards.

all I've to say, over priced. Your shopping there just to say" I've been to Dillards" take your bucks where you get more bang for your dollar

It was somewhat busy while I was there, but they seemed very understaffed and I couldn't find anyone available to help me. I couldn't find what I was looking for either (although I was unfamiliar with this location, so it was probably available) and left after 15 minutes of wandering. I'm hoping it was just an off day.

I worked with Lena Elhag and she was great. I came in looking for an old cologne (Polo #3) that I used to use frequently only to find out it was discontinued. Rather than turn me away she told me about the composition of the cologne that gave it it's aroma and showed me several very similar colognes. Long story short - I left as a very happy costumer!
