I needed assistance in the children's Department after the one cashier at the register paged someone by the name of Juanita several different times. I decided to walk around and see if I could find her. I was unsuccessful so I went to a different department and decided to just come back to see if she had shown up. There was still no one to assist me in the children's department or anywhere else for that matter. After the cashier paged her again and she didn't show up, the cashier pointed out a woman in the children's Department folding clothes at a table by the name of Diane, according to her name tag. She was rude and acting as if I was bothering her. So I decided to assist myself the best way I could. Once I got to the register the associate that was already there had to make Diana assist me at checkout. There was no price tag on one of the items that I got because there was no price tag on any of that same item. Then Diana tells me that she cannot assist me because the item doesn't have a tag and that I will have to go to customer service and wait in another line for them to go and find a tag and then check me out because she didn't want to do it. This is probably one of the worst customer service experience I've had in quite some time especially in the City of Virginia Beach. I should not have had to explain to Diana what her job duties were in order to get her to assist me with a simple task.

Store look great, pretty good deals on some product. The service wasn't that good, we tried to buy a space heater. It wasn't priced. We asked, they scaned it and it showed up as a hair dryer. They didn't know what to do so we put it back on the shelf.

Overall, I love Kohl's and shop at this particular location quite frequently. Between coupons, having a Kohl's charge card, and their clearance racks, you can often find great deals. Nine times out of ten, the bottom of my receipt reading "total saved" is higher than the amount I actually spent (especially on black Friday) and it's very rare for me to pay regular price for anything here. There is one frustrating part to this store, however: the shoe department is really unorganized and not a lot of wide sized shoes are available in store, only online, and this can make for a frustrating shopping trip. I usually leave a happy camper and rarely with empty hands, but I do also think customer service could be improved. You don't really get offered assistance and when you need to ask for it, it's sometimes difficult to find someone available.

Rude customer service. Employees all tell you something different when it comes to the coupons and kohls cash. The customer service department acts as if you are an inconvenience to be at the store needing help with an issue. Normally I don't have any issues with kohls overall but at this particular location the employees are awful.
