This place has plenty of variety and best of all they're open until midnight on Friday and Saturdays! What more can you ask for?

There isn't much parking around the entrance, but there's a couple of parking spots around the corner from the building. Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but don't be intimidated because the line moves pretty quick. They have tons of milk tea options. I believe they have more than 10 options to choose from. They also have iced coffee and aloe vera drinks. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other locations and they also have stamp cards, so your 10th drink will be free. They do have a couple of topping options for your drinks such as the classics like Boba and egg pudding.

My favorite drinks so far are the lychee milk tea and vanilla milk tea with egg pudding. I've also tried the vanilla iced coffee which is good, but definitely on the stronger sign. Their aloe vera drinks are delicious and refreshing for a hot summer day. Their passion fruit and Taro milk tea are nice, but very sweet so I would definitely reduce the sweetness. Speaking of reducing the sweetness, luckily they give you control on how sweet and how much ice is in your drink.

Super crowded but got my drink fast. Average milk tea. Wasn't bad, but nothing spectacular.

Great service and drinks. The location is busy but they are quick with drinks.

Nowhere as busy as the Ding Teas on Goldenwest or Bolsa. Tastes the same, delicious. Recommended if you're in the area after having Korean for dinner or lunch.
