Vietnamese tranditional coffee style. Cash only

I don't understand this place. They accept cash only which I didn't have. It's an enormous place with a few people possibly drinking coffee and buying lotto tickets. I wish they spoke more English so I could understand the place

It's an OK place,  much better than before, I guess. There used to be smoking allowed inside which was a big turn off for non-smokers!

The place is renovated, you can smoke outside, or in a desinated room inside, inside the main coffee shop will have no smoke. Sometimes there is a few vapers, but that's OK.
You can drink coffee, smoothies, juice, and having fast food such as sanwiches, the staffs are always friendly. You can also play keno, scratchers...quite a few people win big in this place.
It's a good place that I have coffee for many years...

Always smokey inside but I expect that from this place. I like to come here, buy a couple scratchers, and just chill for a little bit. Staff is always friendly. One time one of the employees brought me a complimentary ice tea. A good smokey environment to play the lottery and have a drink. Or to just grab some scratchers and go.
