The manager guy was there and he had no customer service at all! He never once said excuse me when he would just walk in front of customers. He was arguing with a lady at the cashier register regarding how she was paying her for items. Then to top it off he's out on the floor making calls trying to get other employees to come in early  (you have a office to make calls) then this lady asked him how much something was and he had the nerve to get smart & tell her to look on the tag we could have easily just came over there and helped her. She was a older lady she easily could have not saw it. Overall I like this shoe store when the ladies are working it. The manger guy needs to take some courses on business management and customer service!

Definitely my very favorite shoe store that I've been into yet. Amazing prices. I came out with 4 boxes of shoes and didn't even spend 25 bucks.

Low priced items for sure. They have heels, sneakers, slippers, boots, women's dresses (for clubbing i'm guessing lol), purses, jewelries, and other items like keychains and USB cables. Bought myself white sneakers for $15 and they are pretty comfy.

Hey Tabitha Lindsay , I'm not sure if you will see this, but there are no Vietnamese employees at our store, you may be confusing then with another store , many people do. We  only have 1 location on Rainbow Blvd. We welcome all feedback good or bad, just want to make sure it's us that deserves it. Thank you!
