Worst service ever. Extremely rude woman running the place. I recently moved to the area was looking for a new place to take my shoes. First off this place charges a lot and it takes a week to two weeks to get your shoes back. I took a pair of heels there recently to get new rubber parts put on the heels. 2 weeks later I got them back, they never called or anything I had to keep calling them. Then after my second time wearing them the rubber fell off already. That has never happed to be before. Took them back to get fixed and wanted to charge me again. I just paid him to fix them which he obviously did wrong. The woman working there yelled at me for asking them to fix them for free since I just paid and had only worn them once. She told me to take my business elsewhere. These people are scam artists. Do not go there!

Love this man's work. Did a on the spot repair for me years ago. Needed a heel lift on a shoe for my Mom and went to E's shoe again. Did a fantastic job and price was great.You have my business for any shoe repairs I need. Go see Ed, you won't be sorry!!

I came to Vegas for a weekend and i ended up having a problem with my shoe. One of my friends told me to come here and they did an amazing job for a reasonable price. The service here is great!

Ed was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I had him recap the heels on three pairs of my wife's shoes. They were done the next day, and he had polished the leather, cleanly repaired some loose material, and the caps were just like knew. Very reasonably priced. I appreciate good craftsmanship. Thanks again.
