Worst experience that I have had in a business. My Fiancée rented a book yesterday from them. While she was there, the employee checking her out, was very unprofessional and spent more time hitting on her than telling her about the book she was renting. She then was charged $85 to rent a "new" book that had water damage and food stains. Today I went with her to return it and he was the rudest person I have ever met about it. First of all, it is sad that a girl can't go into a store alone because the employees make her feel too uncomfortable. When we asked to return the book he said things such as "it is a real pain in the a** to return books" and "next time save us both some time and look up the different prices before you come in here and buy it." However, they store still keeps 10% of the sale for a "restocking fee". He promised that they were cheaper than the USD bookstore when they were $50 more. I hope this review helps others avoid a horrible experience at this horrible establishment.
