Their customer service is very impressive, as I noticed right from the first time I called requesting information. I had a flat tire earlier that day and they were able to set up a time the same day, just a few hours later. I got there early expecting to wait a long time but instead they were able to accommodate me. I left the store within the hour, with one less problem, some solid advice, a great customer experience and all of this at zero cost to me. Just a well-run business.

OK service if you have to order tires not in stock. They took over three weeks to get my tires in and then when they came in they only had two of four. They made it right by offering me similar tires in stock at the same price. Edit: Reducing my stars on the review. After getting tires...and 3visits back because my tire pressure light keeps going off after the fill it with air and inspect. To get it looked at for real you have to set an appointment or wait upwards of 3 hours... All of a sudden I had a crack in one wheel...no issue before, no damage tires, no speed bumps hit. After inspection it looks like pry marks on the inside of the wheel....of course the reps say its been there....then I begin to question why they put brand new tires on a cracked wheel....after much discussion the wheel goes off for repair. Then it comes back and I need wait another 1.5hr just for them to change a tire. They won't let me set an appointment over the phone. Also good luck them answering or not hanging up on you of you call. They say I must come in and wait in line. Maybe they just like looking busy with cars I don't know but customer service is not their priority. I am being extra polite in my review all things considered and i understand issues happen anywhere you go but am shocked they have such good reviews at this location considering my multiple issues. I've always used discount tire in multiple locations and states never this level of frustration.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for many years - first in Florida, then North Carolina, and now here in Atlanta. There is no beating Discount Tire for customer service - plain and simple. If you want a hassle free tire experience, this is the place to go. Since moving to Atlanta, I can share two examples of this particular store going ABOVE and BEYOND. (1) Atlanta roads are terrible. We know this. I managed to drive over strip of nails near a construction site and got 13 holes in 2 tires. Needless to say, they were a total loss. I had purchased the tires from Discount, but I had been cheap and not purchased the insurance on them. Discount offered to let me purchase the insurance post-facto and replaced the tires for only the cost of the insurance! Amazing. (2) Last time I went in (with an appointment) for a tire balance and rotation, I was in and out in 20 minutes. I'm telling you, this place is incredible.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! They got me in and out within an hour. Everyone is very polite and attentive. They really care about the people and giving them the best deal for their money. Will only get my tires and tire needs from here!!

Been going there for 9+ years now 2 cars. They run a good store. Keep up the good work.
