Needs a remodel to go along with the area it's located. Long lines specially in the late evenings. No price match, Watch clearance items because they are not always marked correctly as displayed, also regular items.. Many items have no price label and you have to hunt down a scanner. Never have what you're looking for when you need it. Cashiers have no enthusiasm for the job no smile or greeting. Management is a pain to deal with as much as some of the regular employees Never find anyone to help you when needed. Never get your key made here, go down the street to Lowe's. ( 3 occasions no one ever showed up) Never any parking on top and when park down stairs there is always an elevator, cart drop and/or escalator broke. I understand it's Wal-Mart and none are perfect but this one after shopping for 3 years I've really grown tired and disgusted with this location.

Never enough cashiers late-night; self- checkout seems to close at least an hour and a half before the store, management starts announcing closing time at 11:15(45 minutes before closing) in an effort to rush people out of the store, but if you proceed to checkout as requested there are very long lines at the TWO lanes available. If the management is so concerned about the store closing promptly at midnight, maybe they should leave self-check open longer, or add a couple of cashiers. Otherwise the store is above average for a Walmart.

Always clean and neat. Produce is a hit or miss. As usual in Wal Mart they need more check out lane's open. But over all, can always find a bargain.

The employee there helped me was helpful. That one. However long lines everywhere. Best to avoid evenings.

I give up!! This location is very convenient location-wise. However, I will drive a greater distance in order to pay the price that's shown on the shelf. I am tired of fighting with cashier's and management alike just to pay what is shown on the shelf. It's not worth the aggrivation. My last experience for this location is I ordered a Bushnell flashlight. I received an email from Walmart stating my order had been fulfilled. After close to an hour, I was told that my order was not fulfilled nor was it going to be. The item is online with the word "NEW" right beside the picture. Yet, I should ignore that and not try to order the item again. When asked why was an email generated and sent to me? The blame unanimously fell upon a gentleman that was not there. You'd think there would be greater accountability regarding a $58 flashlight. Curious, when is Bentonville going to wake up and take note of the growing list of issues surrounding this location. They have lost me as a customer forever.
