I dropped my new car at Discount Tire to repair an air leak due to a screw lodged between the treads. Not only did they not charge me, but fixed a secondary leak caused by another screw, again at no charge, while I waited in real-time. Chris provided top notch service and a high level of professionalism. He fixed my tire the second time in mere minutes allowing me to make it yoga on time. Thanks, Chris. I appreciate you and am impressed with your level of service.

Hard for me to believe how fast they got me in and out. I was settled in for the long haul when they said I was ready to go! Well staffed with friendly knowledgeable employees

Good deal on tires, but too bad they didn't advise me to go get front camber alignment. Not even two months later front tires ruined. No responsibility accepted, no accommodation made. Family has been 3 generation customers. Gonna try Lone Tree location see if they'll make special deal on two new front tires.

Fantastic service!! FAST and Free too!!! I got some new tires from a completely different shop about 2k miles ago. I was worried they were out of balance so as I was passing through CO I stopped in to have them road force balance and rotate the tires. I was there for literally 19min before they had it all fixed up.  He handed me the keys and said Im all fixed up and owed nothing! Keep in mind I never bought these tires here and I'm just passing through town, not like I live here or anything. At any other tire store back home this would of easily cost $70. Just fantastic customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, after waiting over 30 minutes for my tpms light (I needed air in my spare tire), I went inside as I also needed 2 sets of tires one for my SUV and one for my "sports" car a sale totaling over $2000. After waiting inside and being ignored for another 15 minutes (I can only guess they assumed I couldn't afford new tires?) I got fed up and left, taking my business down the street to peerless tires.
