I have come to this discount tire before in the past but will never again.  I needed to get a tire patched and when I entered this business they were helping another costomer which was fine I understand and I can wait.  But then I stood there realizing that the employees were just chit chatting with the costumer about such and such not even related to tires or repairs...just chit chat. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes and not one employee even greeted me or even acknowledged I was even there.   Then a man walks in the door and of course he was greeted and told the employee he needed tires and they got to him right away!  Not sure what was up with all that but I do know that they saw me enter and waiting there.  I did not stay.  I walked right out of there and went to Walmart for the tire patch.  It was very rude of them to do this.

Fast and courteous!  Free tire rotations!  Free flat repairs!  Clean bathroom.  Bottles of water and fresh brewed coffee while you wait.  Next door to DQ  and Logan's Steakhouse if you get hungry.  Not a far walk from Best Buy if you want to browse around to kill time.

Bought the most expensive Michelin tires and didn't get the road hazard warranty because was guided not to b/c Michelin has their own warranty for road hazard. Had a major blow out with 3 small kids on I35 and had to be towed emergency. Was very disappointed that the sales rep tried hard to sell me new tires when mine are only slightly used with 3 kids running in the store, then when I didnt buy charged me for the replacement. He also pointed out, I should have called Michelin directly and pointed to the number on the invoice (like I had that on the inside lane of I35 with 3 kids...then pointed out I should have called the 800 number on the back of my license). It was just frustrating to have this kid trying to sell me under so much stress. My husband was not there and I felt taken advantage of. I paid almost $900 for tires and we used to also buy tires for our company vehicles but after this experience, will take our business elsewhere.

I am a repeat customer at this Discount Tire store. I had a nail in my tire that needed repair. I spent about an hour and a half here at this store, as expected, with no prior appointment scheduled before a holiday. Justin was the customer service representative that assisted me during this visit. He was attentive and professional. To me, the culture at this store was professionalism, respect for others, and a pride in their workmanship.
