When we set out Saturday morning in hopes of getting a new mattress, we figured we would be haggled and spend most of the day negotiating. However, when we stepped into Mattress Firm we were greeted by Hunter, a happy laid back Salesman that never pressured us to get the most expensive mattress.  We ended up only testing 2 mattresses and spent most of the time just talking like old friends.  We walked out with a new mattress, well below what we had planned to spend, a cooling mattress topper, two bed covers and two Columbia cooling pillows (one which Hunter personally went to another store to get so we could take it home that day).  We stayed under our budget and had next day delivery - a Sunday!  We cant say enough good things about Mattress Firm Waxahachie and the staff of Hunter and the manager.

I would recommend Michelle and Mattress Firm to anyone in Ellis County. This was by far the best sales experience that my husband and I have ever encountered. We went in to ask questions and do some comparison shopping. We left with a next day delivery and all our questions answered. Michelle was thorough, knowledgeable, and never pressured  us into buying. My husband has been in sales for over 20 years and he states that she is one of the best he has ever had an sales experience with. Thank you Mattress Firm for a pleasant buying experience and for an amazing mattress that fits our needs!!!!

I was very pleased with the sales associate in the store. They were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. However, the delivery experience was horrible. On the day of delivery a delivery person called an left an unintelligible voice mail saying they were calling to confirm delivery, I returned the call to the cell phone and left a voice message. I never heard back from the delivery person. I called the store after the delivery didn't arrive by 5:00pm and was told that they had tried to deliver it  but couldn't get in. They never tried to call the same phone number they called earlier to confirm the appointment as I was home waiting for them and could have let them in if they'd called and said they had a problem. Then the store advised they couldn't do anything except reschedule to delivery for 4 days later. They said they outsource the delivery and there wasn't anything they could do except reschedule for 4 days.
