Went in yesterday and the guy at the door, his name was Tyler, I asked him if they had a case for my new phone galaxy s8 active. He did not know the answer but he was very prompt and efficient at finding who would know the answer. Went to the phone area and was greeted by Garrett who did know the answer he was very friendly and easy to talk to. Although they did not have a case for my phone as of yet it was a good experience nonetheless. Very professional and friendly team.

Great customer service in the Home Theater/TV department. I had a minor issue that was resolved promptly by Manager Marissa with A+ service; would recommend to anyone.

I've had several great experiences at this location. They've been so helpful and I've bought several things from Troy. He's always been able to answer my questions and has a great deal of product knowledge! Definitely find him in the store!

I look first to Best Buy, Waxahachie when I want to purchase from a retail electronics store. Good service, good product selection and people who seem to like  their job.
