50/50 chance on how good it is depending on the crowd and who's performing. Venue's ok

My experience at District N9NE was very bad, only like 100 people showed and it was very hot, hard to find water, etc.

Nice Club, small but kicker sound system. Every one's nice! Only had one bad experience, one of the rail gaurds grabbed me and shook me asking "how do you like it?" When I was just headbanging on the rails for Herobust. One thing they have to do is bolt down the rails so they don't slide and fall down as easily.

I’ve recently attended an event at this venue with the main feature being Famous Dex. Upon arriving on foot (after having parked a few blocks away free of charge) my friends and I had been immediately introduced to the less friendly staff members at the entrance who rather rudely informed us that we had to walk around them and enter the building from a different angle. The blatant lack of respect had been unwarranted as we had done nothing to deserve it. After having undergone a standard security patdown we showed our tickets and I.D’s to some additionally disgruntled employees, the likes of which you might encounter at the DMV. It would have been helpful had either the unnecessarily ill-mannered doormen or the bemoaned ticket/I.D checkers informed my compatriots and I of the venues strict no re-entry policy as all of us are quite addicted to nicotine, and especially while drinking $4 PBR’s which we had patronized the venue by purchasing. Later while standing in the General Admission crowd it seemed a few fellow patrons had been growing tired of waiting for Famous Dex to arrive (this may not have been the fault of the venue, but he was real late and as a result the venue shut him down by killing sound and turning the lights on after about 15 minutes of performance) the growing impatience had sparked a small rebellion in the crowd, as the orange tipped glow of backwoods and sweet and pungent aroma of weed filled the air. These rebels had been met by authoritarian bouncers who threw a grown man on to the ground as others watched in horror hearing his skull slam into the floor. If one has had the pleasure of listening to Famous Dex one would come to understand his rather apparent relaxed attitude towards drug use in general, furthermore the DJ opening for him had even lit a blunt and encouraged the crowd to join him, of course this had been redacted immediately, at least the DJ hadn’t had his skull slammed. I will not be visiting this venue again, and I’d encourage anyone who asked me to refrain from doing so as well. This venue single handedly ruined what may have been an enjoyable evening of music and fun.

It was fine. Staff could be more friendly but offered the typical night club service.
