Reviews

The drinks can be well made, contrary to it being strong and cheap. Music is well picked and not overwhelmingly loud. The vibe there is a bit hipster; which is reflected by the crowd. Age range is usually 23+
Refreshingly sanitary bar - despite the toilet upstairs which i assume is a prop? Nice bar to start the night. 
4/5 will go again.

The drinks are really good and after a certain hour there is a DJ upstairs. The DJ the night I went wasn't great and then a wedding party showed up and pretty much killed the vibe. Upstairs is like an old school house party and the reviews about the dancing are accurate 🤣

Good place to dance without a cover, though over the years places in Fishtown are better for dancing, and all close to each other (Kung Fu Necktie, Barbary for ex.). 
Biggest issue despite seeming like a dive bar, the beer selection and prices are not divey. Prices are fairly expensive and there are few cheap (i.e. not that good) beers on the menu. Fun place but don't expect to come and dance and just pay a few bucks for beer.
