I have been going there almost for a year and I was happy with  them.  I always got the gel nails done. Two weeks back I got my nails done and with in two days three of my fingers paint got chipped. I couldn’t go back due to my work. On weekend when I went there , they didn’t fix my nails and started talking to each other in their on language very loudly which made me very uncomfortable. I told them don’t worry about it and decided never to go back there ever again.  Dry unprofessional and rude people.

I am giving them one star because 0 stars wasn't as option. My cuticles hurt so bad from the lady doing my nails drilling the ever living daylights out of them. I got SNS done and I asked the lady to fix the two I could see that were terrible. She proceeded to tell me that was my skin exposed. I'm not blind... She filed them way skinnier than my actual nail is and left all the sides of my nails without any powder/color. I would have stayed and made them fix it but my poor fingers couldn't take anymore abuse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'll be going back to my regular place....

I waited a little over 2 hours before I was finally seated, and no it was not packed. There was only 1 scheduled appointment ahead of me. They reassured me 5 times it would only be a “few minutes”.  Another customer also said something about how long I had been waiting. I will not be returning.

I always get my nails done by Kayla because she’s great at what she does. However, I had an appointment at 4 pm today and the owner threw a fit because he said they were too busy. He needs to work on his scheduling tactics and how to maintain his composure when one of his staff members have overbooked the customers. I won’t be back.
