I recently bought a spa from Georgia Spa Company  and could not be more pleased with our visit and purchase. Mark Baker assisted us, and he is absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable about the spas, answered all of our questions, and put us at ease from moment one.  His personality and approach to sales is refreshing, and I would highly recommend asking for his help when you are considering a spa. Thank you Mark!

I am in sales and the one thing that drives me crazy when I go into a retail store is either an extremely aggressive salesperson or someone who shows zero attention. This was absolutely not the case in Georgia Spa Company. Steven was very knowledgeable and patient. He made suggestions and options. He didn't attempt to "sell me", rather he helped me purchase. Needless to say, I purchased a Flair. I wasn't even prepared to buy until June but I was shown just how easy it could be to order a hot tub and have it delivered in June. Steven will be getting my business when I'm ready for my Green Egg also. Thank you Steven and thank you Georgia Spa Company.

I’ve recently been on the market looking and researching the best hot tub to purchase.  Due to the fact that I like to educate myself on topics I am unfamiliar with before I purchase, I’ve spent the last few months reading reviews, visiting various showrooms, and reading online articles to fit a salesman I trust first and then the hot tub that would meet my needs.  I stumbled across some very exciting hot tubs with great features, but that’s all they were…pretty pieces of equipment.  Once pretty subsided in my head, I discovered that the most important features (found inside of the hot tub and not always visible) were lacking so my search continued.  Fortunately, I stumbled across Georgia Spa Company where I spoke with and eventually met Mark Baker.  Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with.  Mark is very knowledgeable of the industry, he knows what’s hot on the market, and he is well aware of what he can offer and how his products stacks against the competition.  Mark didn’t try to sell me on “pretty”, Mark wanted to understand my needs and showed me various options to meet them.  Mark was the first and only salesperson that said “Get in the hot tub Greg and try it out”.  After reading several reviews, I knew that you should “test drive the car before you buy it” but he was the ONLY salesperson to actually suggest it…and he didn’t stop there.  Mark wanted to ensure that I knew all of the pros and cons to the various hot tubs he had to offer based on my needs.  I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the GA Spa Company and specifically Mark Baker!  Mark is the manager and not often on the floor, but he helped me and didn’t think that he was doing a job below his level, he helped me start to finish.  While my hot tub hasn’t been delivered yet, I am expecting it tomorrow.  Once I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, I will return and write another review just to give a more well-rounded review that expands beyond the amazing purchasing experience because I know what a tall task purchasing a hot tub can be for someone who is a novice.

GA Spa Co is great! Mark provided no pressure sales service. Stephanie promptly scheduled my delivery. Keith with his crew delivered & installed. It was a friendly, professional, enjoyable experience from start to finish! I will be back.

We have not received our hot tub purchased yet but wanted to share our experience with visiting Georgia Spa. Mark who assisted us was very personable and answered all of our questions. He spent plenty of time to ensure we were matched with the right spa.  Hands down the service was far superior to other sales places we visited. We can't wait to get our new spa!!
