I will say he understands his profession very well. Takes time in checking and explaining your ailment. But his office process is not efficient. He needs to try and improve on his office logistics. It takes them for ever to return a patient call. Also It took for ever to get their Gas unit ready for me to do my breathing test. I don't know if he has just one supplier, for his gas units. Anyway, I will still come back to him, because I care more about the Doctor and not his supporting staffs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dixon's for many years. I have extreme asthma. He had got me breathing better than I ever have during years of seeing pulmonary doctors since childhood. He knows his stuff. If I have a "bad air" day, he gets me in pronto. Would recommend Dr. Dixon highly.
