This lab refused to return our refund after multiple conversations that we were never going to use their lab again. We were assured that we would receive a refund check - which never came. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

very inexpensive.  awesome denture dept.  c/b is ok.  recommend bruxzir products, they seem to come out better than inhouse brand.

I have to re-touch everytime the crowns.  Retouches with my previous lab was maybe 5%... with this lab is more like 75% I wanted to try this lab ...and I did for almost a year.  Time to move on.  wish my other lab were still in business.  By the way... their accounint department is the worst... so two different departments but this is not good; they almost yell at you and won't even listen to you, they will talk over you and interrupt you.  Some major training needed
