Complete lack of respect with the people who visits this facility. Their time says it closes 1:00 PM on Saturdays.I arrived 15 minutes to closing and officer (security guard) at the front door said it was closed. I will call Trenton and see what they say, its proof that our hard working money is going to waste because people like the ones who work at this facility simply don't care.

Have been to 3 different DMV’s and find this one the best. The workers are a bit slower but overall I had the best experience at this DMV.

Please note this place actually closes at 2pm. There were people who waited 5+ hours to be told "if youre after #200 come back tomorrow". You literally have to get here when they open to be seen by 3pm. They have 0 reguard for you having to take off work or waste money you dont have to get there. Horrible place rude staff waste of time.

Lack of consideration for peoples time. Why would a whole department take lunch at the same time? Now my wait time is stagnated completely because no one is working where I need help. Bad Management. I've been here for almost 3hrs already.
