Called today and spoke to Tracy...who helped me out very quickly. I would have given 5 stars but had to wait a while for the phone to be answered. Realized that it was a busy day due to the weather so that's why only 4 stars...but Tracy took care of my problem.

Web site sucks. Your i.t. dept mgmt. needs to get their act together. Many times I try to use website I get error so can't submit my work expenses. All my coworkers agree. It's on your end not ours. If my company's web site was unreliable as yours, heads would be rolling. WHAT A SHAME

Website I should complete trash. Never works. No one ever answers the phones. Automated message about high Call volumes then you get disconnected. No way possible to dispute incorrect billing. Then they send to collections and claim they can't fix it. A completely incompetent company from top to bottom.

Transactions are posting 10 days after travel. It is making filling out expense reports a nightmare. Was the new Website Beta tested? So many bugs and glitches. Old site transactions were posted within 48 hours. If I could give the site 0 stars I would. I have little faith that any improvements will actually be made as the only other option is cash receipt lanes which, is totally impractical in this day and age.

This 1 Star review is for their web site. It's slow, unresponsive and most of the time I'm having some kind of issue. Today I can't even log in because their 4-digit verification security message is broken. They should change whoever is hosting/maintaining their web site. This is horrible.
