If i could give zero stars I would took my car to get checked out had to have it towed there because of it not starting after me saying I didn't want the problem fixed that they told me was wrong I had my car towed back and everything under the hood is unplugged and moved around! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM CHARGING YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BUT CANT EVEN GIVE YOU YOUR CAR BACK IN THE CONDITION YOU SENT IT TO THEM IN.

They're pretty good. Nice staff, but they push their loyalty program for special discounts that they will usually give you anyway. I have only had one repair I wasn't happy with. The check engine light came on and the work they did allowed me to pass the smog check before it came back on. I went back, the code was the same, and they said it was probably the fuel injection service they did, and it would work out. But it came back on, I took it back again, and they cleared it and just said it was a glitch. So I live with the check engine light on. 

That's my only bad experience (if you can call it that) out of probably dozens of repairs. I have old cars.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! The pictures speak for themselves. This shop does not have the knowledge to work on VW vehicles. Furthermore they don't have the integrity to acknowledge their mistakes. Paid $319 to have my strut INCOMPLETELY and INCORRECTLY installed. They also did not call me before they DESTROYED both my steering knuckles by chiseling right into them, COMPLETE IMPROPER maintenance procedure. After the owner did not want to own up for his workers complete lack of knowledge, I took this to court. His business insurance accepted FULL responsibility and paid me in FULL, all $1887.75 back in my pocket. Much better the $900 the owner offered me. This place should not be in the business of working on cars.

Thought about going to Jiffy Lube for a Smog test because it was closer to my house. Read the reviews there and saw how arrogant the owner responded to the reviews and he kept mentioning Dr Auto, which at the time, I had never heard of. So, based on his reference I went to Dr Auto. I showed up 30 min after they opened. The staff was extremely friendly and offered me some coffee. I never got to finish it because I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes.  They also recognized that I was military and gave me the discount. All in all, super easy, friendly, convenient and under $20.  I will definitely becoming back when my other cars come due.

The employees were quick and courteous.  Got the smog check quickly.  They also have given me air in my tires and inspected a tire for leaks for free. I had my oil changed here. Again quick with no following issues. I just wish they were open a little later so I could use them more often.  I would recommend them .
