I have done business with Sun Auto for a while now and they are always so professional and treated me with respect as a customer.  They always explain what the problem is and if something doesn't need fixing they don't try to up sale another service.  I took our car in to them for a tail light that had blown out.  I first called another auto repair and they wanted $30 to replace it.  Called Wes, manager at Sun Auto, and he said they would replace it for FREE.  Took my car there, they fixed it and even brought the car around to the front door for us.  That's why I take my car to them.  They are good people to work with.  Thank you again Wes and staff.

These guys are amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, the shop is clean, and the work preformed is absolutely first rate! In the world of auto scams these guys are the most professional around. And the pricing is also something that has to be mentioned, best I've seen! They did the work quickly and had me back on the road without breaking my wallet! Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back for all of my auto care needs!

Very good customer service. Byron was the employee that I was mainly dealing with and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and went a little bit beyond to his normal duties to help me. I highly recommend this specific sun auto service location.

Fast and friendly service, they know my fiancée and I on a first name basis, and they have even done my oil changes for free because I either waited longer than usual or I had other work done. They personally show you what's wrong with your car, so you can be sure they aren't pulling your leg and making you spend more money than necessary! This is the only honest and efficient car shop I've been able to find in Las Vegas.

Terrible customer service, excessive wait times and the worst part: a dishonest staff. Avoid this location, take your business elsewhere.

My experiences with the Sun Auto in Henderson have always gone above and beyond my expectations. I recently moved to this side of town and decided to switch mechanics as I expected this Sun Auto location to mirror their expertise. What a disappointment! I walked in on a Thursday afternoon for a simple oil change. The man at the counter said it would be a 2-3 hour wait time but said I could came back tomorrow with an appointment. I opted for the appointment as I was pressed for time that day. Next day (Friday) I walk in five minutes before my appointment time and was quoted (again) a 2-3 hour wait! What?! What is the point of offering appointments if you're not going to stick to them? Regardless, I decided to wait.

The entire time I was at the counter as they were processing the paperwork, the staff were being very unprofessional joking loudly among themselves. I felt ignored and overlooked. I then tried to hand my coupon to the man at the counter which I had printed off of their website, but without even looking at it he said that they don't take those anymore. One of the staff members beside him then started laughing. And then the man looked back at him and said "that's what I always say when people try to pull out coupons." He then looked back at me and said, "Okay, since he blew my cover, I'll take it this time." However, once it came time for me to pay, he didn't apply the coupon even though he had just said that he would. I was outraged but am not the type to make a scene over a small discount. I am not upset about losing out on a few bucks, but at the principle of the matter. He went back on what he said he would do. 

Lastly, they gave me back my vehicle with a problem it didn't have before! Since the oil change, my steering wheel shakes violently on the freeway as soon as I start to hit 50 mph and gets worse with higher speeds. I called my old mechanic at my old Sun Auto and he explained that during the tire rotation they must have thrown my tires off balance. I have never had any problem with tire rotation on my car before so I'm not sure how they even screwed it up. Normally I would go back in and make them fix what they messed up but firstly, I don't trust them to do it right since they couldn't do it right in the first place and secondly, I am so unhappy with my experience at this location that I will never be back. My former Sun Auto has won back my loyalty. If you want an HONEST, customer service oriented mechanic go see Brian at the Sun Auto on Stephanie in Henderson.
