If you go online and check in. After paperwork you go straight back in a room and can be in and out in less than 20 minutes if it's nothing major. Everyone is friendly and compassionate. I hate going to the dr, but this one isn't so bad.

They lost my blood sample too?! The office staff is rude. They give you no direction at all, just wait for you to ask them questions and then give short answers with dismissive attitudes. They have also been harassing me about picking up lab results. I picked them up days ago. They obviously don't notate things that happen in their own office so they end up doing unnecessary things, like bugging me for nothing. I could easily go on but i think I've said enough. Go somewhere else you will be glad you did!

I went there for a sinus infection. I was in, out and on my way to the pharmacy in 30 minutes.

Lost my blood. Sole reason for going was to get my blood checked. Had to figure this out myself after waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing. Sure love to knock off work to come back and get blood drawn again. No apologies on their part. You got my contact info - its the guy you lost the blood for, how many folks you lose blood samples? Its not up to me to reach out to you to make things right - its up to your team to make it right. You can contact me.
