I am a longtime patient at Recovery Concepts. Dr. Craddock by far is the most compassionate and caring physician I have ever encountered. I feel free to be open and honest with him about my addiction which is a big deal for any addict. The counselors are empathetic, considerate, caring and most are in Recovery themselves which is a treasure. They have made many changes in the building, some of which I don't like. Since Methadone is offered there are two Windows you can approach now and unfortunately you get that "methadone clinic" feel when you first enter but very quickly you will find it is so much more. There are two doctors on staff, Dr. Craddock and Dr. Fass. Dr. Fass is also very kind and caring. The office staff is the same as most Dr's office staff members, at times you may want to remind them that you pay their salaries, not the other way around. Lol But for the most part they are very nice. Stacy and Beth are the two nurses on staff. Stacy is nice but Beth is my favorite and I often prefer to speak to her more so than a counselor. I think of the staff at Recovery Concepts as an extension of my family and if you struggle with opiate addiction don't allow hopelessness and helplessness to run your life any longer. There is help. There is hope. You don't have to do it alone. Recover Concepts is a place that will allow you to heal and get back on your feet with dignity. Good luck.
