Their staff was incredibly rude from the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Paylo. I was coming from another pain clinic and just looking for them to take over my care as I was new to the area. Everyone in this place treated me like I was a drug addict. I understand needing to be cautions because of the opioid epidemic, but you can still treat people with dignity and respect. After being treated like trash by all the ancillary staff Dr. Paylo refused to listen to me, pushed injections on me after I told her specifically that they didn't work, lied to me about ohios laws about prescription opioids like I was an idiot and then told me to go to rehab. I've been in pain management for years, always compliment, never failed a drug test, got injections even when they didn't work just to show I was trying different treatment options and this woman just walked in an decided that I wasn't actually in pain and needed rehab instead based on what? That we live in Ohio and there's a lot of heroin addicts? Don't punish me for others mistakes. And then after all this they keep sending me bills long after I've paid the bill I got for being harassed. These people are ridiculously unprofessional and rude, go somewhere else if you can. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Very Positive experience. Friendly staff and super knowledgeable doctors. Love Dr. Paylo. She is so positive about everything. Pain level improved 70% !

If you are looking for help to relieve or manage your pain this is the place to go. I have had several procedures, trigger point injections and massage therapy and received amazing results, they treated the source of my pain and did not try to mask with pain pills. The doctors, providers and staff are wonderful and supportive, I would definitely recommend.
