My first experience with them was great. Very convenient hours for the urgent care. Followup was great getting an MRI approved, scheduled and done. The appointment was set for two days after the MRI. this would have been 5 stars at this point. I was scheduled to see a doctor to go over the MRI. As I was checking in for what i thought was one of the first appointments in the morning so i could go to work, at least a half dozen people were checking in to see the same doctor at the same time. After 45 minutes and the waiting room was just about cleared i was still in the waiting room. I told the receptionist I was not pleased to be still waiting. I ask her for my MRI so I could make an appointment with another Doctor. I find it extremely rude to treat people like that. If someone asked for the first appointment in the morning you know it is probably because they have to be at work. To mass schedule people at the same time is unprofessional. I do not know how much time the doctor spends with each patient because I left and will now only use their urgent care.

I know it is a long wait. The last time that I was there, got out three hours later. But I am very pleased with the staff and Dr Solmen. I have been to such worse Drs. He actually cares about my pain. And since I am off of work due to a ruptured Achilles tendon, I don't mind waiting, I have nothing better to do. However, I completely understand if you have to go to work.

Go some where else if u can!!! Like upmc or cleveland clinic!

This entire place is so disorganized. Expect to wait 3 hours before your 3 minute appointments
