Dr. Mendez has been my PCP for 16+ years. I trust her decisions on my health care. She has shown great compassion and patience.

Very poor experience. Office staff inefficient and unhelpful. After having my first appointment cancelled they rescheduled me, but when I arrived, staff would not allow visit although I had member ID number they could have verified in 30 sec's (card had not yet been sent. Therefore, because this was first time visit since moving to area, I was left with almost no medications I need for some very serious health problems. Staff wished me 'good luck' when I left. I will need it now because of this extremely poor service. I am left scrambling for another doc at last minute. Disgraceful. Thank God I was able to make quick appointment with another healthspan doc whose office does not have 'issues'. They understood getting meds was really important and were willing to verify electronically. Dr. Mendez needs to address this problem.
