My daughter had been complaining about how thick and long her hair was, especially with this heat and she had been saying how she wants to cut her hair I asked her what kind of cut she wanted and she picked a Pixie cut. We were both pretty nervous because it was such a dramatic cut. One of the moms from my sons school had told me she worked here so I thought I would give it a shot. The hairstylist's name is Angel and that's exactly what she was an angel.😇 She was very nice to my daughter she talked to her through out the haircut process. She cut and washed her hair and styled it. My daughter was so happy and loves her new hairstyle. She keeps asking me if Angel is going to cut her hair again. I let her know that we will definitely be going back to her for her touch ups in the future. I will definitely be recommending Her to all of my friends.

They still took me as a walk-in when my reservation did not come through for some reason. Anna was very nice, and gave me an excellent (men's) haircut and hair wash afterwards. All quick, efficient, well done.

So 06/13 was my birthday, I called to ask if Johnathan was available and unfortunetly not, so they recommended their "Sr. hairstylist" that charged $60 for just a cut when my usual charges $45. Well I decided why not if she's a senior hairstylist? And I found why I shouldn't of done it. as soon as I sat down she asked what did I want where I responded with what I didn't want instead, to give her freedom 😒 At first it was fine when she was done because my hair was wet but she literally did just a straight cut !!!! I told her I didn't want a straight cut ! Anyone could've done this ! I have really curly hair and this cut makes me look like a cotton ball ! Specifically told her I didn't want to look like one. I don't even want a refund so I don't have to return to her at all. Shouldn't of tipped her, she barely even spoke to me. Horrible!

I have never left a negative review and I feel bad to have to do so. This was my worst haircut experience ever! 
I booked an appointment with Natasha who joined Dollhouse right after school and has been there since 4 years. 
When we started, I shower her pictures of the haircut that I wanted. I tried explaining here the look I wanted and she rarely communicated with me about what will look good and what not depending on my hair. Or what was possible to do.. Or whether we are at the same page on what I want.. Nothing at all...!! 
Once I got my hair washed, she very carelessly cut off a few strands and within 2 mins, she asked her assistant to dry off my hair and left for cutting someone else's hair. yes! She cut someone else's hair in my appointment time, which sucked!! Since she was gone for quite some time, I got time to have a closer look at what she had done so far. I found this huge gap in my hair around my neck on left side which did not exist on right side. I was so upset..!! When she came back, I told her about the gap and I think after a few mins she realized her mistake.. Nonetheless, she kept cutting my hair and after taking off most of my hair length, it was nothing close to what it looked like in pictures I showed earlier. I had to stop her from cutting my hair anymore and have her call someone else for second opinion. She then called Josh who very quickly realized what a mess she had made. but even after taking opinion from Josh, she cut my hair horribly.. My hair is uneven from all sides. It looks like a grown out pixie.. I hate my haircut and it is FAR from anything close to what I wanted. I feel I could do a better job than her in cutting my hair.

On top of that they charged me 60$ for the haircut.. So unprofessional.. No sense of customer service or satisfaction whatsoever.. 
Regarding Natasha, I doubt if she knows how to give layers or rather cut short hair. I can not comment on any other stylist since I didn't experience their work (don't even want to any more). but please do not got to Natasha for short haircuts unless you want a complete disaster.!!
