booked a blowout with a bay breeze shot for a wedding. stylist did not do bay breeze, but tried to charge me for it anyway. stylist was also not pleasant at all. i showed her 3 photos from the drybar Instagram to ensure I received the style I wanted. yet when the stylist finished, it looked nothing like the photos. barely any product was used despite me asking for volume that would last for the wedding, and by the time I arrived home, my hair was barely curly. I had to redo my entire hairstyle, which was very inconvenient. I emailed drybar but they did not seem to want my business again. Its a shame as i love drybar products, but i learned to save my $50 and blowout my own hair. looks one hundred times better, and I did not go to cos college.

Worst blow dry ever - the stylist did not know what she was doing  and the store did not take my complaint about it seriously.  I tried for a few weeks to get them to give me a "do-over" but no luck.   I normally only get blowouts for a special occasion and this visit was no different.  I was really concerned when my hair looked AWEFUL (flat and lifeless) and the stylist did not bat an eye when she told me I was done.  The manager had to come in and "try" to fix it but it went flat again about an hour after I left.  I hope they hire some real stylists in the future and not someone straight out of cosmo school.

Twice now, I've showed up to an appointment on time and didn't get sat down until 15 minutes or more later. People get blowouts because usually they are going somewhere and time is important. Need more staff if business is taking both walk in and appointment, or make the place appointment only

Great place! He did my hair exactly as requested. The products smell delicious too. I would recommend to folks to go!!
