I was relieved when I found out there was a gym on the island that way I could continue my training while on vacation. However, when I arrived there today I was greeted with a sign saying, “No staffed hours from 11/18-11/26. No new memberships during this time.” I am very disappointed that I won’t be able to have access to this gym, all because they don’t want to bother having someone on staff. Not very wise business practice to not have someone on staff during the week of Thanksgiving when there will be more people coming for vacation.

The trainers at the place are experienced and knowledgeable. If you're looking for personal training ask for Jake( he's worked with professional athletes)! The facility is very clean, and open 24 hours! This is a great place for a vacation gym and home! A lot more equipment than you would think for a small place. All the fitness classes are free as well! Anyone who want to get in a workout should come here!

I was here on vacation for a week. No one ever answered the phone for me to even go they wasn't even there during their business hours. If you're wanting something professional and reliable I wouldn't recommend. Service was so bad they finally answered the phone on the last day I was there and wasnt even able to go.

Horrible customer service. Tried calling the gym for three days and finally got an answer on day 4 of a 6 day vacation. Staff did not try to work with me at all. Claimed they were in and out a lot?? Don't waste your time and money
