Story

Candice Taylor began her career in health and wellness in 2000. She holds certifications by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness, she is also a spinning instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics. She graduated from Pensacola State’s Massage program in 2012. She is also a 200-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance. She was a master trainer with Yogafit training systems for 3 years, traveling the country teaching others the fundamentals of being a Yoga instructor. In 2015 Candice opened Gulf Shores Massage therapies to offer her passion for yoga, fitness, and massage to the Alabama Gulf Coast. She offers a great blend to her sessions to accommodate her clients needs. In addition to Massage Therapy she also offers Yoga Therapy, and yoga classes to private groups and events. She also enjoys training for triathlons, playing tennis, and being on the water on her paddleboard.
