This place has only been open for a long and I've been checked it out. I scheduled an appointment and they got me in right after work on the house! My employee was deligent and helpful. They did what I wanted so fast. The place is extremely clean and neat. As for me, totally pleased with a mani.

I really wanted to like this place and call it my favorite, go-to, local nail salon but I had a bad experience. First, I called to schedule an appointment last minute for the following hour and they fit me in; great, this is going good already. I get there exactly on time and stand, and stand, and stand at the counter while no one acknowledged me; looking like an idiot for 5 minutes. Seems short but when you have a salon full of workers who have made eye contact yet ignore you, its easy it get frustrated. Finally, I'm acknowledged, told to pick a color and sit. 10 minutes go by and I'm summoned to a chair along with another young lady. The employee then started the water for me but then left me alone as she completely focused on the other lady. So now I've been soaking my feet for 15 minutes in now cold water with no direction or no assurance someone will attend to me. Finally, another lady finishes with her client but she takes her sweet time and finally gets to me at 1PM (30 minutes after my scheduled appointment). Pedicure was going as expected but then she cut me and I started bleeding but I didn't make a fuss although I'm sure she could sense my annoyance. Finished up and after the dryer went to pay which they were real quick to attend me there. It was $25 for a 30 minute wait, simple pedicure with poor customer service and a cut that caused me to bleed. This could have ALL been alleviated had a simple, "Hello! We'll be right with you, pick a color." Customer service goes a LONG way. They just lost out on a potential faithful customer.

I have had lashes for nearly 3 years. This was the WORST experience ever. First off the lady was rough with my eyes, kept leaving the room to answer the phone, but the lashes were HORRIBLE. Adhesive clumped up. They actually hurt to be on. Avoid this place.

Service is absolutely horrible.  Every time I've gone to this nail salon, I've waited an hour to get a basic mani/pedi.  The salon is consistently understaffed, by design, which is why the wait times are so unnecessarily long.  Staff don't make eye contact,  they aren't focused, take too long and are easily distracted. Your salon is losing customers on a regular basis.  Fix your wait times.

Clean & does a good spa pedi. Don't schedule an appointment. Last 2 appointments I had to wait 20 minutes the 1st time and walked out after 25 minute wait 2nd time.
