The first time I ordered from this location 2 weeks ago, the online tracker said my pizza was delivered, and it wasn't. I sat watching the tracker change. I had to call the store, and they apologized with no explanation as to why I'd waited well over an hour, just to have them declare it had been delivered. Then, when the guy showed up, he didn't even come inside of my building. He sat outside, and I had to come out. I gave him a tip, which he didn't deserve after all of that, and he didn't bother to say thank you. Tonight (12/8) was my 2nd time ordering. The driver was nice, and I have no issue with him. However, my order was wrong. I specifically requested no garlic seasoning on the crust. Yet, one pizza was made with it, and the other without. Why does Domino's make the stupid decision to make that garlic trash the default, instead of a request like everything else? That would cut down on the number of mistakes with this. Now, I have a whole pizza I won't eat; but paid for. This has been a common theme at many Domino's that I've done business with. Why I am still a customer? That's a good question.

Today 11/27/17....The online tracker said that my pizza had been delivered but it had not and then came maybe 10 minutes later. After I received my order, I specifically asked for Ranch dressing and they always send me Blue cheese. I don't understand why this is standard and why they don't pay attention to the sauce that is ordered. Also, I requested the meat on one half of the pizza and their was bacon on the vegetable side. Not everyone eats pork or meat so they need to pay more attention.

Ordered pizza online, website stated delivery would be 24-36 min. According to Order Tracker my pizza was started at 7:03pm. At 7:37pm the store called to tell me that they were experiencing a "Columbus Day Rush" and my pizza would take 3.5 hrs. Was also told that they don't have control of the info provided on the website (time, order tracking, etc).

Shut this branch down already. I sent a helper to pick up my order and they only gave him half the order. Then when I called to get the rest of my order and asked to speak to the manager they were too busy to talk on the phone. Funny when I walked in there they were doing a bunch of nothing. And y'all want 15$ an hour. You couldn't pay me to order from here again. Looks like all y'all are getting is 1 stars, get a clue.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered 3 pizzas online. Although the online app said that my pizzas were delivered, the pizzas never came. I called back 3 times and was told the pizzas were on their way. I called a 4th time and said I wanted a refund. The girl said fine and hung up on me. I called back because I wasn't sure if they actually processed my refund and asked to speak to a manager. The girl then pretended to be a manager and hung up on me again when I explained my situation and the horrible customer service that I recieved. According to Yelp, it is common practice for this location to give horrible service and hang up on those customers who complain and/or demand a refund or delivery of the food that they actually ordered. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to order from. You will be much happier!!!
