We placed an order and the delivery time was pretty quick however for our seafood platter we only received one ketchup packet with all those french fries and fish other seafood things that come with it. The crabcakes were burnt.I called to make a concern and mr. H  listened to my complaints and his offer to correct everything was to send me out three more ketchup packets I said really. You would send out some ketchup. Then he asked what do you want me to do? I said why not monitor and talk to the employee so they can prepare better food he also said he would talk to the employees to give better service

I have experienced some of the worst customer service from here. I ordered delivery and it not only arrived after the eta but I was missing half my order. I called the store and requested a refund. I was told that I would receive a refund, I've made 3 phone calls to the manager and almost 3 months later and i still have not received my refund. The manager did not honor his word and its obvious he dismissed me. That's considered theft to me, to pay for services you don't receive and are not issued a refund. I will never order from this location again. They need better management. Just terrible.

This place is disgusting I tried to order cheese fries he told me I don’t want to give u raw cheese man we don’t have that although the menu displayed two types smh then told me to order tommorow when the manager is here because I asked to speak to one smh! Do not support people who don’t have respect they r not to b trusted!

My boyfriend actually recommended this place to me. I ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon and the other half the same with feta cheese. My order was supposed to arrive to me at 3:15p I called because they were late they said the pizza was on the way, but it did not arrive until 3:45 yet the establishment is only 5 minutes away. When the pizza arrived it was cold we just put it back in the oven then when we ate it the pizza was dry there was barely any sauce so frustrated at this point we called to talk to a manager and was told he wasn't there we explained what happened and how the pizza was late, cold and dry he proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with the pizza I told him again it was he argued that it wasn't when I asked his name he told me no and he wasn't telling his name and hung up the phone I called once again he picked up the phone as soon as I asked his name he hung up again my boyfriend immediately called back he placed him on hold came back to the phone and said he would make the pizza again. Infuriated at the guys disrespect we no longer wanted another pizza we wanted the money back the man said he wouldn't give the money back he asked for his name he said he wouldn't tell him so we drove to the store when we arrived there was a manager there so the guys clearly lied we told him what happened and got our money back overall it was an awful experience we would have been fine if they just made the pizza over the manager said the guy was new which I don't believe, but they should never allow someone so rude to operate the phones.
