The snapper I had was pretty good, I loved red sauce  that it was cooked in. The doubles I had was ok, I have certainly had better Caribbean food in the area. I did not like that the food up at the counter now and not made to order like most Caribbean spots I know. I hear hype about this place all the time and although the staff was very nice and accommodating, I can't say that it lived up to the hype.

It's pretty good. Food tasted good, a lil more sweeter than spicier than what I'm used to. Also, the temperature of the food was just warm but could've been hotter. But overall, good food and nice amount for your money.

Best rum punch in Maryland, if you haven't tried it, you need to  stop by and ask for a sample. The staff working at the bar are phenomenon. ...come join the  taste of the Caribbean restaurant and every Friday nights for the karaoke...have lots of fun every time I go through the  lounge.

Heard a lot of hype about this place recently, but I really was NOT impressed. The curry chicken and rice & peas was very disappointing... it did not have much flavor at all. I could've gotten better food and bigger portions from Negril. I also didn't like that I waited FOREVER in a line that was fairly short (4 people ahead of me) only for my food not to be cooked fresh... It was sitting out by the register with no cover, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. They ran out of beef patties and said it would be an additional 30 minute wait. No thanks. I just don't understand the hype, because the food was way below average.

They were very friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and cozy.. The food was excellent!!!
