My wife and I have been ordering here for 3 years and have had no issues until the last 2 orders. The first time I ordered in the store, was the only one waiting, and after an excessive amount of time asked if my food was ready. They told me it had been ready for awhile. This was frustrating because I never left and gave them my name. 

Tonight I ordered and the tracker said my food was ready at 5:43. At 6:30 I called and was told the store was running behind. At 7:10 when I finally received my food it was cold. Upsetting

1st time ordering online. $30 for 2..TWO pizzas..get home..wrong pizza..call back..they offer to make a new one..or MAIL us a gift certificate.. go back up for the corrected pizza..wait..and wait..and wait some more..all to have them give our pizza to someone else..waited some more..with the offer of a free pizza for next time..we will NEVER return..it's not this GD hard..it's PIZZA and it's YOUR job..
You deserve a ZERO star rating..but oddly it wouldn't allow me to post my review without having at least 1 star..

This location has a bad habit of not putting cheese on their pizza, much less getting the toppings correct. The night manager is a teenager that's rude and condescending. You're better off going to Tommy Boy's or Ray's in-town.

This is the ONLY restaurant in all of kutztown, that will CONSISTENTLY  put you on hold INDEFINITELY, if they are busy.  They will literally go on working as if your not even on hold.  I know because I have watched them for 10 minutes while being on hold. This has happened to me at least 10 times. Sad because I like dominos but this is the only one around.

Ordered a thing of wings and waited 3 HOURS only to have to call and cancel.  I called about an hour into placing my order and they said that it would be ready and out to me in 30 minutes.  They told me the second time I call and 3 hours into me waiting that they are short staffed and ovens are broken as well as not even having my order although I called about it 2 hours before and they gave me an update.  Could have done the right thing as a business and call waiting customers to give them a heads up. Absolutely ridiculous.
