The food is good and we like ordering; however, delivery and updates are untimely and often delayed unless you do carryout. Example: Pizza ordered at 5:45pm online with a 31 - 41 minute completion time. We called and all lines are busy so we couldn't check the status, quality check showed complete at 6:14pm and yet at 7:01pm no delivery or updates provided. I would have opted for carry out instead except I ordered in plenty of time. Communication, updates and adequate staffing will go a long way to improve this rating. Maybe a partnership with a delivery company would help expedite timeliness of orders.

I ordered and PAID a day ahead 10 pizzas 40 wings online and confirmed by phone for my sons birthday party last night, my husband went to pickup at 7:45 the pizzas were not made gave a very rude response that they had a larger order ahead and were not going to be making them anytime soon. No courtesy call no way in helping our situation out received our money back and was asked “what did you want us to put your pizzas in at 4 to have them ready for your pickup time?” Will never be returning to this dominos.

Ordered just two medium pizzas and some Parmesan bites.  At checkout, system said it would be 45-50 minutes.  No big deal, right?  WRONG!!!  The "pizza tracker" said they started the prep at 1837.  When I called at 1925 to check on the progress (since the pizza tracker showed none) they said they hadn't even started yet.  Not a good way to earn repeat business or a good review.  Quite the opposite.

Angelica is literally the greatest that works here. And she's funny. Best manager 12/10. I've never ordered pizza from this dominos, I just know Angelica. When you see her tell her that she's the bomb.
